My husband and I LOVED this cheese. It was a great change up. We usually get the oven baked cheese and I love the Gouda. The Buffalo cheese was fantastic - great flavor. We ate it alone but it would be amazing on a burger or sandwich also. Definitely will order again if it sticks around.
