I've never even heard of cheese curds until I found this cheese company. Now I can't stop eating them. I really like the dill and garlic curds. Every order, I buy 4 bags and some Summer Sausage garlic flavor. I heat it up in the microwave for about 15 seconds, then put them on crackers. Bam,heaven.
