Problem with your order? We’re here to help! Customer satisfaction is what our small family business has been built upon, and continues to be our top priority. :)

Satisfaction Guarantee:
Tried something new and didn’t love it? We offer a credit of the purchase value up to $10 for your first try of any order with our Satisfaction Guarantee.**

Missing/Lost/Damaged Package:
In the event of a lost/missing/extended delay package, let us know within 30 days of the order being shipped! We will do our best to make it right!  

Delivery Requirements:
We are not responsible for recipient availability. If a recipient is not available to retrieve the package for a full 2-6 business days of transit time after a package has shipped, we are not liable for any replacements due to unavailability of the recipient. This includes packages that experience minor transit delays that fall within the standard transit window of 2-6 business days.

It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve their package, or to advise their recipient, within a timely manner upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged by temperature or weather after delivery within our standard window of transit.

Customers/recipients are responsible for providing a safe area for package delivery.  We are not responsible for stolen packages, damage from pets or wildlife, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Packages MUST be accepted at the time of delivery. If a package is refused by the customer, we are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement.
