I prepared it using the stove top method, and it came out just perfect. By the way, the cheese curds and smoked string cheese were amazing too. The cheese curds were the freshest, and squeakiest I have ever had. It's hard to get fresh Wisconsin cheeses when you live on the east coast, but my shipment from Gardner's was well packed, and arrived quickly, so everything was very fresh.
