A note from the Gardner family
We're a family-owned Wisconsin cheese company in Marshfield, and we built this website for one reason: real Wisconsin cheese is damn near impossible to find once you leave the state. So we box up the good stuff and ship it straight to your door. Fresh Cheese Curds that still squeak, Super-Sharp Cheddar aged up to 20 years, gooey Oven-Baked Cheese, artisan meats, pairings, and gift boxes built to be shared around great conversation.
Every cheese has its own idea of perfect, and the Gardner family chases every one of them. Curds are best fresh, so we ship them fast while they still squeak. Cheddar is the opposite, aged up to 20 years until it's sharp enough to stand on its own. Either way, you get it at its peak, and folks who grew up here tell us it tastes like being back home in Wisconsin.
We take just as much pride in how every order gets packed. We check the forecasted weather at your destination and custom cold-pack each box with an insulated bag and an ice pack, so it arrives cool and ready to eat anywhere in all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska. You'll feel that pride the second you open the box.
