8-Year-Old Super Sharp Cheddar Bomb Biscuits

Who loves biscuits?! (Just kidding, who doesn't!) 😉

8-Year-Old Super Sharp Cheddar Bomb Biscuits

4 cups baking mix
2 cups shredded 8-Year-Old Super Sharp Cheddar
1 1/3 cups cold milk
1 tbsp fresh minced garlic, divided
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning, divided
1 tsp onion powder, divided
2 tsp garlic powder, divided
1 1/2 tbsp parsley flakes, divided
1/2 cup butter

Preheat oven to 375°F, line baking sheet with parchment paper. In large mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, 1/2 tbsp of fresh minced garlic, 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tbsp of parsley flakes. Add in 8-Year-Old Super Sharp Cheddar, and cold milk. Stir just until combined, do not over-mix. Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto the parchment lined cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake biscuits in oven for 12-17 minutes, or until golden brown peaks form. While the biscuits are in the oven, melt butter and combine with remaining 1/2 tbsp of fresh minced garlic, 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1/2 tbsp of parsley flakes. When biscuits are finished baking, remove from oven and immediately brush with butter mixture. Serve warm!

We serve these regularly as a perfect addition to ANY meal! Remember, if left unopened in your refrigerator, our aged cheddars will last FOREVER and continue to get better in the years to come, so you can save some coin by purchasing a 5-Pack of 8-Year-Cheddar.

  • We made these! They are fabulous! Better than any restaurant. The 8 yr old cheese is so good, the biscuits are moist and full of flavor. The Old Bay seasoning adds just the right touch. Remember the butter and spice finish…you won’t be disappointed!
