Cheesy Zucchini Bake

Cheesy Zucchini Bake
2 large zucchini, sliced in rounds
2 large yellow squash, sliced in rounds
1c heavy cream
2c Onion and Garlic Jack, finely shredded
2c Aged Gouda, finely shredded
1tbsp Italian seasoning
1tsp black pepper
1tsp salt
1tsp red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 400°
Arrange sliced zucchini and squash in greased casserole dish. In a medium saucepan, warm heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat, and slowly whisk in 2c of Onion and Garlic Jack, one small handful at a time until all is incorporated. Add Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes to cheese sauce and stir well. Pour cheese sauce over zucchini and squash. Sprinkle Aged Gouda evenly over top. Bake for 20 minutes. After time is up, turn oven to broil for an additional 5 minutes. When cheese on top is browned and melty, remove from oven and enjoy! 😍
