Ultimate Cheese Meatloaf
This isn't your moms meatloaf 😎 Packed full of flavor and delicious bites of Oven Baked Cheese, this meatloaf will have the whole family begging for seconds! 🧀
Ultimate Cheese Meatloaf
2lbs ground beef
1egg
1/3c bread crumbs
1tbsp worcestershire sauce
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp parsley
1/2tsp thyme
1/2tsp paprika
1/2tsp black pepper
1/2tsp seasoned salt
1 block any flavor of oven baked cheese, in 1/2in cubes (I use Bacon! Yum!)
Optional glaze:
1/2c ketchup
1/2c brown sugar
1tbsp worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Place in ungreased loaf pan or baking dish, and bake uncovered for 60 minutes, drain and add optional glaze, and place back in oven for an additional 20-30 minutes - or until internal temperature reaches 165°
